CNVC encourages creative and flexible decision making, skill building, resource sharing, and a continuing personal and organizational learning process which contributes to individual and community empowerment. We believe that all people deserve respect, dignity, and acceptance. This organization embodies these values. Therefore the traditional Board of Directors of this organization will function as a guardian of the policies which facilitate shared participation and decision making while upholding the legal responsibility of this organization. The Board of Directors of CNVC is is named the Guardian Council, and all Directors will be named Guardians.
